1. Can I book the course if I don't speak English?
Yes, you can! For our German-speaking participants, the course comes with subtitles and all the exercises are available in German. You'll understand everything and be fully part of this transformative journey. (Note: The translation of the course was done by Bettina Lemke, the same person who translates John’s books into German!)
2. How long will the exercises take to complete each day?
The exercises vary in length. Most will take 25-30 minutes. Exercises with meditations will be an additional 15-20 minutes.
3. How long do I have access to the content?
So that you can enjoy the content at your own pace, you will have access to the platform for an extra month after the end of the 4 week course.
